Canada’s largest night market is gearing up for its 2024 opening weekend.

The Richmond Night Market is a popular annual event that draws massive crowds every year and offers hundreds of foods from around the world.

The open-air festival begins on April 26 at 7 p.m. and runs every weekend until October 14, 2024.

The culinary options at this market are endless from a flying cup of noodles to chicken lollipops, milk tea that comes in baby bottles, Japanese poutine and over-the-top desserts.

There will also be interactive games, giant bouncy castles and live entertainment on the main stage.

This year’s theme for the event is “Summer Sweet Dragon,” in honour of the Year of the Dragon.

You can buy a general admission ticket for $8.50 at the entrance or get a Zoom Pass for $40, allowing you to skip the lines. The Zoom Pass is not available online and must be purchased at the entrance to the night market.
