The Vancouver Police Department is investigating what it describes as a “serious incident” in the city’s Downtown Eastside Friday morning.
Yellow police tape is up blocking off an alleyway south of East Hastings Street between Main Street and Gore Avenue.
The VPD’s Forensic Identification Unit is also on scene investigating.
