OpenTable’s annual ranking of the best restaurants for outdoor dining in Canada has just come out, and a Vancouver restaurant made the cut.
This beachside restaurant located in West Vancouver wasn’t the only B.C. spot to make the list, but it has unbelievable ocean scenery, palm trees outside, and sunset views that all work to make it the perfect summer foodie spot.
To make the ranking OpenTable “scanned diner metrics and over 1.1 million reviews to narrow down the restaurants where Canadians love dining outdoors.”
Canadians clearly love this place, because Beach House in Vancouver has a 4.5 rating on the OpenTable website. The stunning restaurant is known for its patio right on the beach and seafood-focused menu.
Its closed-in patio makes this the perfect spot to get the view even on a windy day, and it’s especially stunning at sunset.
This spot also has a daily Happy Hour from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close. You can gaze out onto the ocean while enjoying some of their signature seafood dishes like the yuzu calamari or oysters.
The surrounding area is also beautiful, and worth exploring while in West Vancouver. Lighthouse Park is nearby and has beautiful trails winding throughout, if you’re up for an adventure before dinner.
If you want to patio hop this summer then Vancouver’s a good place to be since a bunch of other spots made it to this list.
Cantina Norte, Dockside Resturant, LIFT Bar Grill View, Oddfish Resturant, Provence Marinaside, Tap & Barrel Shipyard, and PIER 7 Resturant + Bar are all in Vancouver and made OpenTable’s list for outdoor dining .
