Seth Rogen is selling his Vancouver penthouse and it’s offering a glimpse of where and how the actor lived when he was in B.C.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, located at 1178 Hamilton Street, has been listed by Patti Martin Group. It’s on the market for $2.3 million.
Patti Martin tells Narcity she helped Rogen and his wife Lauren purchase the property back in 2010.
“While they owned it the unit was completely renovated to compliment the Heritage style of the building,” Martin added.
The 1,463 square-foot penthouse features 12-foot ceilings, original exposed brick, and timber beams.
