10 Films & Shows Are Filming In Vancouver In March & Here’s Which Celebs Will Be In Town

Hollywood productions are ramping up in Vancouver and that means plenty of big-name celebrities are in town.

From a Suits spinoff to HBO’s Season 2 of The Last Of Us and a new film starring Reacher actor Alan Ritchson, many shows and films are shooting in British Columbia in March.

Here are 10 big productions that are underway now or about to get started and which celebs you may see around town while they’re filming.

Suits: LA

A Suits spin-off is starting production in Vancouver in late March.

Arrow actor Stephen Amell will be the lead actor in Suits: L.A., which is an “extension of the Suits universe,” according to Deadline.

The NBC spinoff will follow a character named Ted Black, who is a “former federal prosecutor from New York who has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles.”

Deadline reports the show is “not a reboot or revival but a brand extension” of Suits.

Several people who worked on the original Suits show, which aired from 2011-2019, will be working on this new spinoff, including Aaron Korsh who was the creator and writer of the series.

Many Suits fans may be wondering if any original cast members will be appearing in the new show, and it looks like it could happen.

In February 2024, Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams told The Hollywood Reporter they hadn’t been asked to be a part of the new show yet. However, that doesn’t mean they’re not open to bringing their characters of Harvey and Mike back.

“I mean I think it’s in a world where some characters could in fact come [back],” Macht told THR.

No premiere date for Suits: LA has been announced yet.
