Valentine’s Chocolate Making Workshop

Chocolate is one of the go-to gifts for Valentine’s Day, and what better way to show your special someone you really care than by making that chocolate yourself? The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is holding a Valentine Chocolate Making Workshop where you’ll create a heart-shaped chocolate box filled with hand-made chocolate truffle bonbons. You’ll also learn how to make chocolate-paste roses.

Rosie’s Lunar New Year menu

Rosie’s is preparing a special menu consisting of BBQ bao, Xinjiang spiced smoked lamb ribs, and two collab dishes with Dicky’s Dumps: pork and chive dumplings with brisket and the Dumps and Noodle Salad (crisp salad topped with steamed dumplings).

Dine Out Vancouver

The popular annual fest (Canada’s largest food and drink festival) features hundreds of restaurants, each offering multi-course dinners at affordable, fixed-price points.

Dine Out Vancouver gives locals the opportunity to experience dinners at Vancouver restaurants, from fine dining to family-friendly and everything in between.

As a delicious bonus, many destinations normally offer special lunch menus as well.

All-you-can-eat hot dogs and tots

As part of Dine Out Vancouver, Mount Pleasant Vintage and Provisions is offering a special all-you-can-eat menu for just $20. You’ll be able to enjoy as many hot dogs (or Beyond Meat veggie brats) as you can eat alongside bottomless tater tots and sauces.

Bottomless mimosas

What’s better than mimosas? When those mimosas are bottomless, of course. Grelhados Restaurant is offering bottomless mimosas when you purchase any breakfast main.

Dine Out Vancouver at the Vancouver Aquarium Pop-Up

Dine Out participants will have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to dine among the jellyfish at the Vancouver Aquarium. This year’s menu features a crispy duck salad, a choice of braised beef short rib or Columbia River steelhead, and chocolate mousse for dessert. There is also wine from BC-based wineries and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

Taste Our Travels 2025 Basque Region

In the third edition of its Taste Our Travels dining series, ¿CóMO? Taperia is featuring food inspired by the many small pintxo bars they visited during the team’s recent travels through Spain’s Basque region and Cantabria. Diners can anticipate seven tapas-style dishes inspired by the team’s favourite eats.

Hot Chocolate Festival 2025

The 15th annual Hot Chocolate Fest is returning once again this year. Enjoy tasty and unique hot chocolate creations from numerous spots in and around Vancouver. This year, there are 180 different flavours to try.
