Nothing marks the beginning of the festive season quite like the annual Starbucks holiday menu drop, and the time is finally here.
Starting November 7, Starbucks will be serving its lineup of seasonal sips and pastries at locations across Canada, with some brand-new additions and returning favourites to try.
The new drinks
For 2024, Starbucks will be launching its first Holiday Refreshers. The Cran-Merry Orange Refresher combines festive flavours of tart cranberry, sweet orange and warm spices such as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg with green coffee extract. The beverage is shaken with water, ice and sliced cranberries.
Alternatively, guests can opt for the Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher which swaps out the water for lemonade or the Cran-Merry Drink, shaken with creamy coconut beverage for a tropical twist on the seasonal sip.
Returning holiday beverages
The season will also see the return of several festive hand-crafted espresso favourites such as the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulé Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte and Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte.
For those opting for tea over coffee, the Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai will return to Starbucks menus for the second year.
Starbucks customers can add seasonal cold foams to each drink for a little extra holiday magic. A new gingerbread flavour will launch in 2024, and classic flavours such as peppermint chocolate, sugar cookie, chestnut praline, and caramel brulé will be returning.
The cold foams can also be made non-dairy.
New bites
Starbucks will also be launching some brand new bites to its holiday menu, such as the festive Turkey Sage Danish, with flaky pastry filled with festive turkey sausage and a creamy bechamel.
There will also be some pretty adorable additions in the form of a shortbread Penguin Cookie and a Snowman Cake Pop.
Returning favourites for food will be the Cranberry Bliss Bar and Gingerbread Loaf.
