The epic lineup of celebrity guests coming to Fan Expo Vancouver continues to grow with the addition of a fan favourite born right here in our city.
Star Wars legend Haden Christensen is coming to the expo, which is taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre from February 21 to 23, 2025.
He joins a roster of pop culture stars already announced for the expo, including those from Resident Alien, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Supernatural, Lord of the Rings, and more. Tickets are on sale now.
“This year’s celebrity lineup is truly star-studded – absolutely the most exciting line-up we’ve ever had,” said Andrew Moyes, vice president of Fan Expo HQ, in a release.
“From Canadian sci-fi legends like William Shatner and Hayden Christensen to super cast reunions and iconic voice actors, we’re bringing together an unforgettable roster that promises a once-in-a-lifetime experience for every fan.”
Thousands of visitors are expected to flock to the three-day celebration at the Vancouver Convention Centre, drawing in fans of sci-fi, horror, comic books, and everyone in between.
Fan Expo
Christensen, who started acting at just 13 years old, was born in Vancouver and raised in Markham, Ontario. Fans remember his earlier work on television shows like Goosebumps, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Higher Ground.
One of the most notable roles that gave him international recognition was as Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader, in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. He has also starred in movies like Awake alongside Jessica Alba, Life as a House, and Jumper.

Fans can get autographs from their favourite celebrities, pose for photos with them, and ask questions during Q&A sessions throughout the weekend.
There will also be an artist alley, cosplay, community booths, and plenty of shopping to satisfy all of your nerdy needs.
