Ticketmaster is expected to release some highly coveted tickets to the Taylor Swift concerts, which they have held back until now, and fans are losing their minds over the anticipation that they might still have a chance to see the superstar perform on the final nights of her Eras tour.
According to Tiktoker Dan Shapiro, who has been tracking this closely, the pattern from previous shows reveals some clues about when, but it’s still a guess.

“It could be anytime tonight, 5 pm to 9 pm Pacific time. The only recent city where we’ve seen the drop that was two days before the show instead of one day was Miami and in that city the drop happened around 8:30. In Toronto, whose schedule always seemed to be mirroring quite well in Vancouver, the drop happened around 8 o’clock,” Shapiro said in his post this morning.
He added, “If the drop does not happen today, then pretty much anytime tomorrow is within the realm of possibility.”
To say that’s stressing fans out would be an understatement.
One person said they “will be sat in front of my laptop doing a puzzle all day today.”
“I’m literally meal prepping dinner this afternoon so I don’t have to worry about that tonight 🙃” one fan commented.
Another wanted to find tricks to getting around Ticketmaster’s notorious anti-spam efforts.
“[If] we are refreshing our browsers, how often do you recommend we do that?” they asked. “I don’t want my TM to think I am a bot. I don’t know I’m hearing they got more aggressive about blocking people for refreshing. I guess just a few times an hour for now?” Shapiro replied.
Shapiro also suggested that prices on StubHub, a ticket reseller, have decreased ahead of the rumoured drop, but when we looked, we still saw $3,000 tickets in the higher sections and $14,000 for a lower bowl option, far from a significant decrease of $1,000 for some seats, which he was seeing.
It comes as lots of activity has been reported around BC Place in recent days, including fences placed around the venue and stage set up.

While many are frantically trying to get tickets ahead of the shows, experts warn about the ongoing risks of fraud and scams that are running rampant.
Vancouver marks the end of the tour for Swift, with her final show to be held on Sunday, December 8.
