Oh, you thought we meant the holidays? Well, yes, but Santa isn’t the only one coming to town. Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is concluding in Vancouver on December 6 and 8, and to celebrate the iconic show — and the upcoming holiday season — Yaletown will be transforming into TaylorTown.

TaylorTown will take place at Bill Curtis Square and Helmcken Plaza on December 7. This free, family-friendly community event will celebrate the holiday season with a Taylor-made twist to welcome the Swfities to town as they get ready for the Eras concert (and appease those of us who didn’t win the Ticketmaster Great War).
The one-day event will feature a gift market, a giant friendship bracelet as a photo station, a digital birthday card to Taylor Swift (the 13th is just around the corner), and free visits with Santa.
Now the question is, what will you wear to the big show? Yaletown is rife with local boutiques featuring fashions that’ll never go out of Style so get ready to have The Best Day and shop ‘til you drop at some of our favourite stores.
