Massive amounts of smoke can be seen in parts of Vancouver after a fire broke out in a Vancouver apartment.
Photos of a structure fire in Mount Pleasant, with smoke billowing near Broadway and St. George into the surrounding area, are spreading online.

Daily Hive has reached out to the Vancouver Fire Department and local police but is waiting for comment.

Meanwhile, a tweet from Mount Pleasant Business Improvement Area claims this is the third time the vacant and boarded-up building has caught fire in the past few months.
Daily Hive has confirmed that the building is the same apartment that has been cordoned off before because of a fire.
