Canada’s beach volleyball duo of Melissa Humana-Paredes and Brandie Wilkerson suffered a heartbreaking loss this afternoon.
The team had an opportunity to win the nation’s second gold medal of the day, and heading in, they were confident they would do so. It wasn’t meant to be, however, as they fell to Brazil by a 15-10 final in the third set.
