There’s been no shortage of …let’s say creative bakes on display in the foodie world over the years, and this year, sweet treats are going to be silly. Perfect piping is out, and mess in all its forms is in.
It’s time to embrace your baking failures and lean into them! We might see an influx of celebrity crush cakes (the weirder, the better) and – as one of the top searches on Pinterest revealed – rat cakes.
Rebel Floats

In a nod to the 1950s, floats are officially making a comeback. Dirty sodas took the internet by storm in 2024, partly thanks to MomTok. For Millenials and Gen-Z, the new year is likely to see even more soda reinventions.

Pickle Fix
