What: Vancouver Etsy Co. is bringing together local artisans at Heritage Hall for their Too Cute Pop-Up Market on Saturday, February 8.
At this unique (and themed) shopping experience, you’ll be able to secure some of the cutest artisanal products, including art, pins, stickers, apparel, toys, jewelry, and more from various small businesses across the city.
It’s the perfect opportunity to find that perfect gift or a unique treat for yourself. And the best part? 50% of the proceeds are going to select charities across Vancouver.

What: Lights at Lafarge, Metro Vancouver’s largest free outdoor winter lights display, is back again for another holiday season.
The annual tradition will illuminate Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam throughout the season, with over 100,000 twinkling lights to enjoy until the end of February. Guests of all ages can explore the outdoor display that wraps its way entirely around the lake, leading them on a 1.2 km loop through themed zones.

What: Museum & Archives of North Vancouver’s latest feature exhibition spotlights untold stories of aging, memory loss, and dementia and how community can shape a collective human experience. Echoes of Memory features over 100 items from the museum’s collection as well as a touring display by Canadian srtist Kaaen Bondarchuk titled A Crow A Day.
When: February 7 to June 1, 2025 (Open Wednesday to Sunday until March)

What: Pulitzer Prize for Drama-winning Primary Trust by writer and actress Eboni Booth makes its Canadian debut with Arts Club Theatre. The play follows Kenneth, who is forced to face a world he’s tried to hide from after he’s suddenly laid off, with surprising results. Can small acts of kindness turn things around for a person and improve the community at large? Find out when the show comes to the Granville Island Stage.

What: The City of North Vancouver’s free Shipyards Skate Plaza is welcoming skaters until March 2025. Skaters of all ages can glide on the approximately 12,000 sq ft surface daily from noon to 8 pm. And fun can be had no matter the weather – the Shipyards Skate Plaza is covered by a retractable roof.

What: Dine Out participants will have the one-of-a-kind chance to dine among the jellyfish at the Vancouver Aquarium.
Guests will be able to enjoy a three-course meal prepared by the aquarium’s culinary team, paired with a glass of wine from a BC-based winery.

What: Calling all Swifties! A candlelight Taylor Swift tribute concert is coming to Vancouver in February, and it’s sure to make all your “Wildest Dreams” come true.
With a dozen of Taylor Swift’s biggest hits being performed by the Listeso String Quartet, you’re sure to hear your favourites at Kerrisdale Presbyterian Church.

What: The Improv Centre on Granville Island is celebrating Valentine’s all month long with Single, Not Single each Friday and Saturday night from February 7 to 28.

What: The world may be wide enough, but is the dance floor big enough?
You can find out as you dance to Hamilton hits as well as songs from other smash musicals when Broadway Rave comes to Vancouver. The musical theatre dance party is taking over Hollywood Theatre in Kitsilano on Saturday, February 8.

What: The Cultch and The Push Festival team up to present Dimanche, which tells the tale of a family trying to spend their traditional Sunday together before climate chaos threatens to shake things up. Dimanche features physical theatre, puppetry, video, and practical effects for the critically acclaimed show.

What: The first-ever Winter Hybrid Invictus Games are coming to BC in 2025, and there’s plenty for fans to look forward to.
Invictus Games bring together wounded, injured, and ill service personnel to the arena to compete and inspire recovery and rehabilitation. More than 500 competitors from up to 25 nations will compete in the Games.
The entertainment lineup for Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 features a star-studded lineup of musical acts. Chris Martin of Coldplay, Katy Perry, Noah Kahan and Nelly Furtado headline the highly anticipated opening ceremony at BC Place on Saturday, February 8.
Closing ceremonies of the Invictus Games will also bring together some huge stars, including Jelly Roll, Barenaked Ladies, and The War and Treaty.

What: Ballet Jörgen: Sleeping Beauty: The Ballet takes to the stage for a magical interpretation of the timeless story of Aurora and her prince. The performance will include the original 1890 score by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and is set to a libretto based on Charles Perrault’s story La Belle au Bois Dorman.

What: Place des Arts invites guests of all ages to immerse themselves in art. Tour the not-for-profit arts education centre, then take part in the drop-in style activities inspired by the content and/or mediums in the current exhibitions.

What: Women of the Fur Trade by playwright Frances Koncan is set in “eighteen hundred and something-something” on the banks of a Reddish River in Treaty One Territory. The audience will meet three women who are knowledgeable about 21st-century slang. They discuss everything about life, love, and Louis Riel while stuck in a fort and having tea.

What: The Museum of Surrey, in partnership with the Chinese Village Club, hosts a free Lunar New Year event on February 8. Check out several live performances, including dragon dance teaching, poetry, dance, tai chi, storytelling and more. Guests will also learn about the history of the Lunar New Year and Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures.

What: Acclaimed Vancouver comedians Simon King and Harris Anderson invite the audience to get dark with them and a curated lineup of stand-ups in The Dark Room.
While the comics promise to provide the laughs, they also warn that the show is “not for the easily offended, those with weak sensibilities, or flat-out stupid people.”

What: Reel Causes presents a remarkable night of celebration of local Black artists, filmmakers, and creators. Curator Natasha Tony will be joined by acclaimed singers Dawn Pemberton and Khari McClelland. Guests will also have a chance to be inspired by the Vancouver documentary Union Street.
