The Calgary Grey Cup Committee is holding a free pancake breakfast from November 14 to 16.
A tradition that dates back to the first-ever Grey Cup Festival in 1948, the pancake breakfast will first be hosted at the Billy Bishop/Kerrisdale Legion on Thursday. It will then head to Save-On-Foods Street Festival on Canada Place Way between Howe and Thurlow on Friday and Saturday.

The vibrant public art institution in North Vancouver is hosting its annual Holiday Shop from November 13 to January 5. Visitors to The Polygon Gallery’s main floor throughout the season will discover a huge selection of unique gifts by independent makers and artists. There will also be weekly interactive activities for guests to enjoy.

What: The Vancouver Etsy Co. Holiday Pop-Up is coming to the Pipe Shop in North Van so you can start (or even finish) your gift shopping for the season.
This year’s annual Holiday Pop-Up Market from Vancouver Etsy Co. takes place on November 16 and 17 and features over 90 local makers, designers, creatives, and artists to shop. There will be mini-makers (kid entrepreneurs) on-site and DIY button making, STEM activities, and a photo booth. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to support Baby-Go-Round and Make-A-Wish Canada.
