What: TaylorTown will take place at Bill Curtis Square and Helmcken Plaza on December 7. This free, family-friendly community event will celebrate the holiday season with a Taylor-made twist to welcome the Swfities to town as they get ready for the Eras concert (and appease those of us who didn’t win the Ticketmaster Great War).
The one-day event will feature a gift market, a giant friendship bracelet as a photo station, a digital birthday card to Taylor Swift (the 13th is just around the corner), and free visits with Santa.

What: The sixth annual Fleurs de Villes Noël will be held in Vancouver from December 6 to 15. This stunning activation creates a “floral art trail” that decorates Vancouver’s downtown core, with some of the city’s top florists and local businesses inspired by favourite holiday songs.

What: The holiday season is upon us, and festive fans can get into the spirit with the return of Merry & Bright to Martini Town.
Langley-based Martini Film Studios will transform its massive backlot into the holiday extravaganza from Wednesday, December 4 until Sunday, January 5. Guests can live out their holiday movie fantasies at the unique outdoor film set while enjoying live entertainment, delicious treats, and more.
When: Wednesday to Sunday from December 4, 2024, to January 5, 2025 (Closed Christmas Day)

What: Colin Mochrie of Whose Line Is It Anyways? and Master Hypnotist Asad Mecci are the stars of Hyprov: Improv Under Hypnosis, which is coming to the Great Canadian Casino.
The live show combines hypnosis and improv for a unique comedy experience. It is straight from a 70-show run off-Broadway and a Las Vegas Residency at the legendary Showroom at Harrah’s.

What: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is celebrating Taylor Swift’s visit to Vancouver by transforming its iconic 450-foot-long bridge into a gigantic friendship bracelet.
Head to Canyon Lights (Taylor’s Version) from December 5 to 9 to see the giant bracelet and make your own, listen to a Taylor Swift tribute singer at the Loggers’ Grill entertainment stage, pose for pictures at the various themed photo ops around the park, and enter the Fearless Bridge colouring contest for a chance to win exclusive swag.
Tickets are on sale now and must be purchased in advance online. There are limited tickets available during peak event times, and visits are scheduled in 30-minute arrival increments.

What: A Taylor Swift Eras Tour Private Merchandise Pop-Up for Marriot Bonvoy members is launching at the Westin Bayshore in the Grand Ballroom. In addition to the coveted merchandise, there will be bracelet-making, photo ops, live music, food and beverages, merch giveaways, and more.
The first 30 minutes of each day will be reserved for hotel guests only, as a room key card will be required for entry. The pop-up is also only available to Marriott Bonvoy members, which is free to join online.

What: The City of White Rock’s Bright Walk event at Memorial Park on Marine Drive is happening every night from December 7 until January 12. You’ll find a ton of illuminated installations, including a sparkling Instagram-worthy light tunnel, a 20-foot Christmas tree, and over 50,000 twinkling lights.

What: Seymour Dance invites you to help celebrate the 60th season at the Nutcracker Dream Ball. The exclusive black-tie event features live excerpts of the timeless ballet performed by the company’s dancers alongside the West Coast Symphony Orchestra. There will also be tributes to Seymour Dance’s late owner Sonia Ellis, and proceeds will benefit the Sonia’s Dream Scholarship Fund.

What: Burrard Inlet between Vancouver and North Vancouver will be brightly lit in December with the return of a festive Holiday lights boat parade.
The Burrard Yacht Club (BYC)’s annual Festival of Lights is happening on Saturday, December 7, with dozens of boats decked out with hundreds of Christmas lights sailing between the two cities.
