The snow just kept coming down overnight into Tuesday morning for much of the Lower Mainland.
After many school districts in the Fraser Valley closed on Monday due to the unsafe road conditions and accumulation of snow, some may choose to close again on Tuesday.
Simon Fraser University, University of British Columbia, Vancouver Community College (Broadway and Downtown campuses), and University Canada West have cancelled all in-person classes for Feb. 4.
As for independent schools, Blessed Sacrament School in Vancouver is closed on Tuesday.
