‘Two vehicles engulfed’ in Burnaby fire on Thursday: RCMP

Burnaby RCMP says three cars caught fire Thursday morning.

Mounties say, they received reports of the fires at 4:20 a.m. on Fir Street, just east of Boundary Road.

“Two vehicles were engulfed, and a third was damaged by the fire,” RCMP told CityNews in an email.

Police say, the fire was safely put out by the Burnaby Fire Department.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
