The Delta Police Department says it has located the suspect vehicle and the driver from a hit-and-run last weekend.
After releasing photos of the suspect vehicle, police were able to seize the car and identify the driver Wednesday evening.
The Delta PD received reports of the hit-and-run at the intersection of 66th Avenue and Scott Road around 7 a.m. on Jan. 26.
When they got to the scene, they found a seriously injured 23-year-old man from Surrey.
The man remains in hospital in critical but stable condition, police said in a news release.
The investigation is ongoing.
