Stanley Park Causeway, Lions Gate Bridge closed by fallen tree

Traffic is blocked in both directions as crews work to remove a tree that fell on the Stanley Park Causeway.

Reports say an approximately 80-foot tree fell near the opening of the Lions Gate Bridge.

The Vancouver Police Department says interruptions are expected to last at least one-and-a-half-hours.

Drivers can take the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge as an alternate route.
