Highway 91 westbound in Richmond is slow Tuesday morning after a semi spun out before the Westminster Highway exit.
The two left lanes are blocked.
Highway 91 is now heavy from the north end of the Alex Fraser Bridge.
You can take the Massey Tunnel/Highway 99 as an alternate route.
