SkyTrain service suspended due to police incident in Vancouver

SkyTrain service on a section of the Canada Line in Vancouver is shut down Wednesday afternoon amid a police incident.

Service is currently suspended between Waterfront and King Edward stations.

TransLink says a bus bridge is being implemented between the affected stations.

It says the disruption is due to a “track intrusion alarm” near Yaletown-Roundhouse Station.

The Expo and Millennium Lines are reportedly unaffected.

There is currently no timeline for when the service will resume.
