A collision in Richmond is causing major delays for drivers around Steveston Highway and Highway 99 Tuesday morning.
A crash on Steveston Highway just west of the overpass above Highway 99 has one westbound and one eastbound lane closed.
Police are also blocking the southbound Steveston Highway exit off Highway 99, and the northbound exit is backing up heavily.
You can take Westminster Highway as an alternate route.
