North Road is closed between Lougheed Highway and Highway 1 in both directions Sunday morning.
A local business has confirmed to 1130 NewsRadio that there was an incident involving another business in a shopping plaza at 341 North Road.
Use Gagliardi Way or Brunette Avenue as alternate routes.
Fire crews are at the scene.
