A heavy police presence has centred around a home in North Vancouver’s Upper Lynn Valley neighbourhood Thursday afternoon.
Speaking to CityNews, the North Vancouver RCMP could only confirm that there is an unfolding “police incident” near Coleman Street and Dempsey Road.
Callers to CityNews have reported seeing several police officers and vehicles in the area.
