Vancouver Police have blocked Victoria Drive northbound at Kingsway due to an incident Saturday morning, CityNews has learned.
Photos show a tent set up just north of the intersection in front of the parking lot for an Esso service station and a 7-Eleven store.
Police tape surrounds the tent on all sides and extends for several feet along the sidewalk.

Several police officers are on scene and multiple police vehicles can be seen on the street and in the parking lot.
