A four-car collision along the East-West Connector in Richmond is creating long delays for those heading west Wednesday morning.
The incident has closed the left lane of Highway 91 westbound just past the s-curve.
There is also another incident on Highway 91 near 72nd Avenue.
Highway 91 is now heavy from 64th Avenue.
You can take Highway 99/Massey Tunnel as an alternate route.
