SkyTrain service has been restored on a section of the Expo Line in Vancouver after a power outage Monday afternoon.
TransLink says service between Waterfront and Stadium-Chinatown stations was suspended beginning at 4:35 p.m.
In an update around 5:15 p.m., it said a shuttle train was operating between Burrard, Granville, and Stadium-Chinatown stations and bus bridge service taking passengers from Waterfront Station to Stadium-Chinatown Station.
In another update around 5:30, TransLink said power has been restored.
“Trains are resuming full service with some residual gaps as we work to restore frequency,” it said.
The Millennium and Canada lines were unaffected.
