Emergency crews are on scene of a house fire on East 12th Avenue between Prince Albert and St. Catherines Streets Saturday morning.
Police and fire trucks are blocking East 12th going both eastbound and westbound.
Drivers are advised to take Broadway or Kingsway instead.
