“At least one” pedestrian was taken to hospital after a collision early Saturday evening, the Richmond RCMP says.
Police say two vehicles collided near the intersection of No. 4 and Williams Roads in Richmond, and one of the vehicles hit a group of pedestrians.
“Although the pedestrian’s injuries are serious, they are not believed to be life threatening,” Mounties told CityNews.
There has been no further update as to the condition of any of the other pedestrians or if anyone in the vehicle was injured.
No. 4 Road was closed in both directions south of the intersection. It has since reopened.
