North Shore mayors hope wastewater plant audit brings transparency

The North Shore’s three mayors are grappling with explaining a vast cost overrun for a new wastewater plant. The plant would service around 300,000 homes and businesses in the area. But it’s four years overdue and now costing more than five times as much as originally estimated. CBC’s Chad Pawson spoke with the mayors of West Vancouver, the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver about an upcoming audit.
