Police in three Metro Vancouver municipalities have sounded the alarm over what they’re calling a recent surge in violent incidents involving young people. This week, a youth was stabbed in Port Coquitlam, a Richmond teen was arrested over a shooting threat and North Vancouver RCMP reported an uptick in kids carrying weapons. Jon Hernandez reports.
