Cranbrook RCMP seek vehicle involved in “firearms incident”

Cranbrook RCMP is asking for the public’s help identifying people in a vehicle that fled from police after a “firearms incident” in Jaffray on Monday.

Police say the vehicle was last seen on Galloway Mill Road off Highway 3 at about 1:15 a.m.

Mounties describe the vehicle as a dark two-door Chevy Blazer (or similar) with a spare tyre on the back.

Police are asking the public not to approach the vehicle if they see it, and to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
