WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Vancouver to Las Vegas, Nevada down to between $179 and $199 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
These are 6-14 day trips, and mainly midweek dates, so not really useful for a typical Vegas getaway.
But they could be used for visiting the surrounding area (Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, etc).
UPDATE – And now September, October dates have become available for $199 CAD roundtrip as well.

How to find and book this deal
1. Start with the following Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Vancouver to Las Vegas
– Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
– Adjust the trip length at the bottom.
– Look for the dates that are $255 roundtrip or less.
– The cheapest dates are in May and June. Some date combinations are as low as $203 roundtrip.
2. Go to Kayak or Skyscanner
2. Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Las Vegas (LAS)
3. Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
– The price will be lower than what is shown on Google Flights.
