Former ‘Bachelor’ Star Matt James Dished On His Favourite Vancouver Restaurants (VIDEO)

Former Bachelorstar Matt James was in B.C. recently and he’s sharing the Vancouver restaurants he dined at while he was in town.

In a video shared online the reality TV star goes on a 24-hour eating guide in Vancouver with stops at three restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The food was so good that James say some of the dishes set a “new standard” and one place has the best breakfast sandwiches you’ll find in British Columbia.

In the Instagram video James is accompanied by his girlfriend, Rachael Kirkconnell, who he met on Season 25 of The Bachelor.

First up the two went to Say Hey Cafe & Deli which James notes they “stumbled upon” in Vancouver’s Chinatown.

Along with a couple of breakfast sandwiches, the couple got fruit hand pies which James says is like McDonalds’ apple bit “but better.”

While they seemed to love everything they ordered, James says “the most un-assuming part of the meal” were the triple chocolate chip brown butter cookies.

Next up the couple went for lunch at Sushi Hil on Main Street, which according to James has fish flown in daily.

“You won’t see more vibrant fish in North America,” James said in the Instagram video before saying the meal set a “new standard.”

“It’s no surprise Sushi Hil has its Michelin star,” the Bachelor alum expressed about the Japanese restaurant.

For dinner the couple went to Pizzeria Farina, which James praised yet again.

“A bold move ordering pizza in Canada but Pizzeria Farina could compete in New York City,” he said.

It looks like Canadians are loving the recommendations based on the comments on the post.

“All this food looks insanely delicious must try,” one person wrote.

Others are now asking James to travel to other Canadian cities like Calgary, Toronto, and Ottawa to try restaurants there.

This isn’t the first time James has raved about the food in Vancouver.

In December 2023, the reality TV star shared his top 11 food stops in the world in 2023.

The top spot went to Ask for Luigi Restaurant in Vancouver where James recommends you “order everything.”

Thanks for the recommendations, James!
