Companies are hiring to fill tons of well-paying jobs in Vancouver this January

The new year has just begun, and it’s high time we took our careers to the next level.

If your goal for 2025 was to switch positions or find a new place to work, we’ve put together a list of companies hiring right now.

January is a great month to take the leap, with hundreds of jobs available in and around Vancouver.

Here are some of the offers on the table this month:

TransLink is hiring for dozens of well-paying jobs around Metro Vancouver, and if you’re ready to shift your career into high gear, they come with a variety of benefits and competitive wages.

Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC) has posted an open call for Conventional Bus and Community Shuttle drivers, with applications being accepted until January 10, 2025.

TransLink positions are not limited to being behind the wheel. Other roles available include those in IT, engineering and project management, and technical and trades.

Looking to work where you ski? Cypress Mountain, Mount Seymour, and Grouse Mountain are hiring for the 2024-2025 winter season, and the jobs offer great perks for employees.

The three resorts are hiring for a wide variety of roles, and there’s a little something for everyone. Positions include food and beverage, mountain maintenance, electricians, and mechanics.

Whether you love the great outdoors or are ready to give your career a lift in a new direction, Vancouver’s ski resorts may just be the perfect place to apply.

Positions range from full-time to part-time, with some jobs paying up to $40+ an hour or a yearly salary, depending on the role.
