Road closures planned amid Vancouver’s 40th annual Sun Run on Sunday

If you are looking for something fun to do on Sunday, you can join the Vancouver Sun Run.

It’s the 40th annual of the 10-kilometre run, one of the largest races of its kind in North America.

Road closures are in place across downtown Vancouver, so if you are looking to travel into the city, take a moment to plan ahead.

The main run begins at 9 a.m. at Georgia and Thurlow, where an estimated 40 thousand runners, walkers, and joggers will travel the 10-kilometre route towards BC Place.
