The Surrey RCMP has confirmed it is responding to the scene of a pedestrian struck by a driver near 105 Avenue and 148 Street Thursday afternoon.
Callers to 1130 NewsRadio first reported the incident before 3 p.m.
Few details are available at this time, but police and paramedics are arriving on scene.
Traffic in the area appears to have slowed following the incident.
