Restaurant awards season is in full swing, and it’s time to share some more delicious news. The winners of this year’s Chinese Restaurant Awards were revealed at a ceremony in Vancouver today.
The longest-running Chinese culinary and restaurant awards event in the world celebrated its 15th year, recognizing the excellence of our local dining scene.
Shining a light on the rich diversity of Chinese and Taiwanese cuisines, the awards revealed its Elite 15 – the top 15 shortlist winners for 2024 chosen by a team of 21 judges, who were given the freedom to choose and vote for their favourite spots.
“Our judges visited many restaurants across Metro Vancouver, and these are our Elite 15 for 2024. It’s exciting to see the talent that exists right here at home,” says Craig Stowe, president and co-founder of Chinese Restaurant Awards.
In addition to the Elite 15, judges revealed six specialty awards and their picks for The Critics’ Choice Signature Dish Awards.
