Westbound traffic is crawling along Highway 91 Tuesday morning.
A two-car collision just before the Westminster Highway exit is blocking all westbound lanes, with traffic only getting through on the right shoulder.
Highway 91 is very slow from the truck rest area.
You can take Highway 99 and the Massey Tunnel as an alternate route, however, that option is also slow from Highway 17A due to volume.
