Police have blocked off a portion of a road in Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood Thursday morning as they investigate what they describe as a “serious incident.”
The Vancouver Police Department has taped off part of Carrall Street between East Hastings and Powell streets.
“We were on scene investigating a serious incident. I’ll be able to provide more details later today,” Const. Tania Visintin shared.
