Major sewer works on Oak Street and West 70th Ave continue Tuesday and are creating massive delays for drivers in the area.
Traffic is backing up heavily northbound along the Oak Street Bridge into Richmond.
You can take the Knight Street Bridge or the Arthur Laing Bridge as an alternate route.
