The Oak Street Bridge has been closed northbound after an accident, DriveBC says.
Northbound traffic is completely blocked, and there are very heavy delays both ways getting onto the bridge.
The Knight Street and Arthur Laing Bridges are also busy both ways.
Drivers should expect major delays.
There were five cars involved, and callers to 1130 News Radio say tow trucks are on scene.
