A busy downtown block in Prince George, B.C. has been closed as police investigate a “potential bomb threat” at the city courthouse.
RCMP say the courthouse has been evacuated and a large police presence is on site redirecting traffic and pedestrians.
Cpl. Jennifer Cooper says the public is asked to stay away from the “high-risk investigation.”
The entire block surrounding the courthouse at 250 George St., as well as adjacent roads, have been closed.
