DriveBC is alerting travellers about a vehicle incident at West Georgia and Denman Streets that’s causing delays for those trying to use the Lions Gate Bridge.
A photo from the scene shows the backup, where one car is stopped with its doors open. A police vehicle and a firetruck are on scene.

DriveBC posted about the incident just before 1:30 pm, and it’s not yet known when things will be moving smoothly again.
If you’re trying to get from Vancouver to the North Shore or vice versa, the Second Narrows Bridge may be a better bet.
